The practice server button gives you unlimited free 24/7 practice servers... Obviously it doesn't do that.

The "practice server" button allows you to add the details of a practice server for the up coming event. You can put the name of the practice server and the password in the designated fields. These will appear on the event screen when you publish your event allowing drivers to see if there is a practice server available for this event. The driver can then search in game for the practice server.
