Installing the SGP Agent

To use SGP Sync, you need to install the SGP Agent. This lightweight app runs in the background and manages setup and livery installations automatically.

Step 1: Download the Agent
Log in to Simracing.GP and click the download option when you see the red dot next to your profile icon.

Step 2: Handle the Windows Warning
If you see a blue security prompt, click More Info, then Run Anyway. This is safe and expected because the app isn’t registered with the Microsoft Store yet.

Step 3: Install and Run
The installation takes only a few seconds. Once complete, the agent will open automatically. If it doesn’t, click the profile icon on Simracing.GP and select Launch.

Step 4: Set Your Game Directories
Point the agent to where your games are installed (e.g., Assetto Corsa in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Assetto Corsa). Repeat for other supported titles like LMU.

Once connected, the red dot on your profile changes to green. That’s it — you’re ready to sync setups and skins.
